  • How can Intuitive Health affect my company's expenses?

    Intuitive Health's fees are simple and predictable. We charge employer’s a low PEPM (per employee per month) fee that remains constant. Without the added expense of billers, admin and high overhead, we can provide exceptional care for less. 


    For less than the cost of a single ER visit, you can give your employee an entire year of unlimited primary and urgent care. 


    For self-funded groups this lowers overall number of claims which can lower your premiums the following year.

  • How does Intuitive Health Direct Primary Care work with insurance?

    The same way car insurance isn’t meant to be used for regular maintenance, neither should your expensive health insurance. 


    Intuitive  Health is your employee’s first stop for any primary healthcare need. Our team can handle up to 90% of member’s needs in-office, like colds, injuries, physicals, blood draws, labs, urgent care services, chronic disease management and much more which can lead to less work-loss time.


    Also, the DPC model can lead to fewer urgent and emergent claims to the employee’s health plan, which can result in lower premiums for the employer, especially for self-funded groups.

  • What is the Per Employee, Per Month (PEPM) Fee?

    Fees are based on the number of employees you sign up:


    For 1 to 9 Members:  $99/month*

    For 10 to 19 Members: $89/month*

    For 20+ Members: $79/month*

  • What is included in the monthly membership?

    The monthly membership covers excellent primary and urgent care by providing open access to our services. Members can visit us in our office, call us when you need us, text us, or email us.  Your members will also have access to at-cost laboratory testing, at-cost imaging services, as well as wholesale medications.  Please see the "Transparent Pricing" tab for complete details.

  • Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

    Most employers choose to pay for membership only and require the employee to cover there own medication and labs fees, which are deeply discounted.  This approach empowers members to be invested in their health which in turn reduces out-of-work time and increases productivity.


    Medications, labs and imaging costs can be filed through an existing insurance plan however cash-pricing is typically much less expensive and avoids copays and deductibles.  Members can also use there HSA to pay for these services.

  • Is there a commitment?

    Yes, we request a one-year contract for employer plans.  You can enroll and disenroll members at any time during that one-year time frame.

  • Is there an enrollment period?

    No.  Intuitive Health is not insurance so you can enroll or disenroll your team members at any time.
